What We Collect

We only collect information you give us yourself. There is no account system on this website, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers that profile you across other sites.

When you fill in the enquiry form on our contact page, the details you type are used to compose a WhatsApp message that opens in your own WhatsApp app. You choose whether to send it. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we have not received anything.

• Plot size, service required and any project details you choose to describe
• Anything else you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or over the phone

Why We Use It

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your project.

• Calling or messaging you back about your enquiry
• Arranging a site visit and preparing a drawing or cost estimate
• Coordinating design, material and site work if you appoint us
• Keeping records we are required to keep for tax and contractual purposes

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to anyone
• We do not add you to bulk marketing lists without you asking
• We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website
• We do not ask for payment card details, bank details or OTPs through this website

Third Parties Involved

A small number of outside services are unavoidably involved when you use this site or contact us. We have listed them honestly rather than hiding them behind general wording.

• WhatsApp (Meta) — our enquiry form and chat button open WhatsApp, so your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms
• Google Fonts — this site loads two typefaces from Google’s font service, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads
• Our web hosting provider — which processes standard server request logs needed to serve the site
• Our telecom and email providers — which carry your calls, messages and emails to us

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are cleared periodically. If you become a client, we keep project records — drawings, approvals, estimates and correspondence — for as long as needed to complete the work and to meet legal and tax obligations afterwards.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Call or message us on the number below and we will act on your request. If you no longer want to be contacted, tell us once and we will stop.

Children

This website and our services are aimed at people arranging construction or design work and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes To This Policy

If our practices change — for example if we add an analytics tool or an online payment option — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before the new practice begins.
